Investment Committee

In accordance with the Export Finance Australia Board Charter, the Board will establish committees as it considers necessary for the purpose of overseeing critical functions.

The Investment Committee acts as an advisory committee of the Board in respect of equity investments. It assists the Board in developing Board policy and monitoring organisational activity within the scope of the Investment Committee Charter. It also makes recommendations to the Board for resolution in respect of equity investments.
