We take personal pride in knowing that each individual’s expertise is valued and their ideas are sought to create great outcomes. All employees are given stretch opportunities to grow and master their craft. We actively support employee development and offer a variety of learning options. We provide one-on-one learning and development coaching advice to all our employees. Development plans are also an integral part of an individual’s performance and career plan.

We share information, through formal and informal channels, seeking input and feedback along the way. We believe teams are critical to our success and therefore we encourage healthy practices such as regular stand-ups, team meetings, 'think tanks' and periodic offsites and workshops. All team members have active dialogue, sharing information and problem solving together.
